Big Nick

This is Nick Palmer, also known as Big Nick.  It was Nick's father who took over this business in 1985 and built it into what it is today.  Nick has continued his father's legacy. Nick started working at Palmer's in 2001.  He is ASE certified and Master State certified.

This is Dianna Palmer, owner of Palmer Service.  Married into the Palmer family in 1998 - she started working here in 2002 and took ownership in 2014.

Her favorite part of her job is interacting with the customers.  "They truly are the best!"

Scott has been turning wrenches for 20 years. He spent years with his families transmission shop on Michigan’s East side. Since moving to Grand Rapids with his family he is enjoying boating, and as a crew chief for two circle track cars locally.

Jerry Amromano

From Nigeria, Africa.  Has been in the States since 2014. Jerry is licensed in brakes and suspension. He is continuing his education in auto mechanics at Grand Rapids Community College. He loves his daughter, Ray Gay, Music, and dancing.

Glenn Meredith

- Brother to the owner.

Dianna loves him being home.)

Moved back to Michigan in July.  He was gone out west (Las Vegas, NV) for 20 years.  They (Glenn and wife, Kathy)  are happy to be back enjoying their family here.  Glenn is working in the office, doing estimates, and working with the customers.  Glenn sold parts to the original owner, Bill Palmer, when he worked for Jobbers Warehouse back in the day (80's-90's)
